Lifemanagement

An unlimited service, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week [24/7], via a toll-free number, provided by our psychologists who support employees struggling with emotional, mental, and personal issues with an understanding and professional attitude. All requests are treated as highly confidential. Our psychological counselling service is short-term focused and solution oriented and does not qualify as therapy
For more severe mental health conditions, telephone support is often not sufficient. In these cases, a pre-arranged personal/online psychological consultation may be necessary, during which the client meets one of our psychologists for 3-8 counselling sessions, depending on the contract. If the severity or complexity of the problem requires further treatment, we help our clients find a suitable external professional at a state-funded service provider or with a private, self-funded option.
We provide assistance with practical questions arising from everyday life situations. Our lifemanagement service can be used via our toll-free number or via e-mail. This service provides general and practical, solution-oriented information. It does not cover specific administration, such as legal representation or loan management. We may provide assistance in finding suitable external professionals, service providers, or government agencies. All inquiries will be answered within a max. of 48 hours
